GPS/ Chartplotter on your PDA
Endeavour Lex is marine navigation software and electronic charts suitable for use on Pocket PC 2002/2003 PDA’s. Distributed on Secure Digital (SD Cards) and when running integrates a GPS signal creating a real time position chart in your hand.

Features
Go to Vessel – This feature opens the most appropriate chart available fore the Vessels current postion, with the vessel appearing in the center of the chart.
Navigation Display - A window can be displayed in the bottom left of the chart display showing:
Position (lat/long)
Speed Over Ground (SOG)
Course Over Ground (COG)
Course to Steer (CTS)
and Distance to Travel.
Range and Bearing – from Vessel
The Range and Bearing between the Vessel and a Digitised Point.
Range and Bearing – Dividers
The range and bearing is given between any two digitised points as well as Lat and Long for last point digitised.
Drop Vessel
Places symbol at the vessels location when function is selected, useful for MOB and gives time and date of position selection.
Routes
Routes can be created by digitising a string of waypoints in sequence from start to finish of route. Multiple routes can be created and edited allowing you to label waypoints, move a waypoint by digitising or entering coordinates, slitting a route by removing a Leg.
Charts
The charts are H.S.A ‘s proprietary Raster Navigation Charts (RCS) format and are manufactured under license from the Royal Australian Navy. Scale of 1:150000 or 1:300000 where 1:150000 are not available.Charts are available on a State by State Basis.
