Design
The S90i is a stylish intelligent design that is
slim and light enough to fit in your pocket. The
unit features a 4.3 inch touch screen, integrated 2
Megapixel NavPix camera, Bluetooth, and a folding in
car bracket that wont take up much room in your
glove box. The antenna and speaker are intelligently
encased in the S90is sleek body. You can see some

Speed and Red Light Camera alerts
The S90i comes preloaded with the
latest speed and red light camera information from
Sensis Whereis. The S90i will provide you audible
and visual alerts when you are approaching a camera,
if you are close to the speed limit of that camera.
NavPix - Picture. Touch. Drive
NavPix is navigation via images. You never have
to remember a street name or address again! The S90i
is the 3rd generation of NavPix sat-nav devices. By
tapping the photo on the screen you can navigate to
the exact spot without having to remember the
address. The S90i features a 2 Megapixel integrated
NavPix camera, so you can take your own NavPix and
share them with others. You can even choose to
download NavPix from over 25 million online. NavPix

Free your hands
Navman's Bluetooth capabilities turn your S90i
into a hands-free car phone, allowing you to safely
and legally make and receive calls without
interrupting navigation. Your phone's address book
synchronises automatically every time you connect,

The Power of the Spoken word
The S90i includes Text-to-Speech (TTS). TTS
enhances audible directions by speaking the actual
road names. in doing this, it's easier and more
intuitive to follow, allowing you to concentrate on

Latest comprehensive maps
The S90i comes with preloaded with the very
latest Australian maps from Sensis Whereis,
Australia's number 1 digital mapping provider. This
includes street level maps covering 99.9% of
Australia's population, and over 500,000 Points Of
Interest (POI) such as accommodation, places to eat,
attractions, shopping, leisure activities, and much
more. By simply tapping the screen, the S90i will
navigate you just about anywhere in Australia. Since
the S90i also has integrated Bluetooth, you can make
a hands-free phone call to a POI.
NavDesk desktop software
The S90i includes the latest NavDesk software for
your Windows PC. The Navdesk is an essential part of
getting the most from your S90i, and includes
features such as Mileage expense reporting,
Activation of the PIN security feature of your S90i,
and a powerful image search for NavPix to use on

Easy to use in every way

1.
Instructions
on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is
deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in
conjunction with any other offer, incentive or special project pricing
offered or promotional bundle.
2.
Offer is only open to
Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the
Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to
claim.
3.
The $50 Cash Back
Promotion commences 01/08/08 and closes at close of business on 07/10/08
(“Promotional Period”).
4.
To be eligible to claim
the $50 cash back, individuals must purchase either a new: (a)
Navman S50; (b) Navman S80 or (c) Navman S90i from any Australian
participating store (excluding Ebay purchases, trade-in offers or
Government/commercial sales) during the Promotional Period.
5.
To claim, claimants
must complete the official claim form, attach a photocopy of their
purchase receipt and original barcode (cut from the box) and send
together to PO Box 710 EASTERN SUBURBS MC NSW 2004. Claims must be
received by last mail 04/11/08.
6.
Claimants must submit a
legible photocopy of their purchase receipt AND the original barcode on
the outer packaging with any claim as proof of each eligible product
purchased, or otherwise the claim will be rejected. Hand written
purchase receipts, delivery dockets, credit card or EFTPOS receipts and
photocopies of barcodes will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
7.
The Promoter reserves
the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants
(including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does
not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8.
Incomplete,
indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
9.
Multiple claims
permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one claim permitted per
specified purchase requirement; and (b) each claim must be submitted
separately and in accordance with claim requirements.
10.
Every valid claim
received based on a purchase of a Navman S50, Navman S80 or Navman S90i
will be awarded a $50.00 cash back, to be awarded in the form of a
cheque or direct deposit into a nominated bank account. Please allow 6 –
8 weeks for delivery of cheque.
11.
For the claimants
convenience, every valid $50.00 Cash Back claim received will also be
automatically awarded the latest NavmanMap Upgrade (2008 WhereIs version
R15), in accordance with the Navman Free Map Upgrade Offer Terms and
Conditions (available at www.navman.com.au). The customer will
NOT need to complete the additional claim form currently located on
www.navman.com.au to obtain the “Latest Map Guarantee (2008 WhereIs
version R15)” offer. There will be noticeable functionality changes to
the software once the NavmanMap (2008 WhereIs version R15) is installed.
The Offer will be distributed to eligible applicants by December 31st,
2008. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is any inconsistency between
the Navman Free Map Upgrade Offer Terms and Conditions and these Terms
and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail (with regards to
claims made under this cashback offer only). Additionally, customers may
elect to not receive the Free Upgrade and therefore, not be bound by
those Terms and Conditions.
12.
The Promoter’s decision
is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13.
If this promotion is
interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control
of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any
claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion,
as appropriate.
14.
Except for any
liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including
loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but
not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not
under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised
access or third party interference; (c) any claim or cash back that is
late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their
receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control
of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in
these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a
claimant.
15.
The
Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion
and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties,
including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to
Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing
this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless
otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and
publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning
the entrant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or
correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of
the Promoter.
