Extended/Upgraded warranties (also known as warranty uplifts) provide enhanced
protection to the standard warranties. By adding an extra 1 or 2 years, you are
further covered for hardware related repairs which can sometimes be very
expensive.
Besides the amount of extra time you are covered for, there are also varying
levels of service that can be chosen. For instance, there may be upgrade options
to Next Business Day response and/ or even Onsite services.
