| The Pegasus III infrared modem is a v.90 modem with IrDA infrared port in addition to RS232 port. It comes with a 100 ~ 240V AC adaptor and built-in battery compartment for 4 AAA rechargeable batteries. It also has a small circuit within for automatic power saving operation to give a 2 to 3 time longer battery life compared with that of 3JTech's older versions of infrared modems. The modem is ideal for PDA's, Tablet PC's, etc. which have infrared port. It could also be used with devices like desktop PC's through its serial port.
